1. Service Agreement

Our service agreement car care covers the specific detailing package chosen by the client. Flicker Tech reserves the right to:

• Modify service techniques based on the actual condition of the vehicle’s paint.
• Refuse service to vehicles with extreme structural damage or hazardous conditions.
• Adjust completion times due to weather conditions (humidity affects coating cure times).

2. Payment & Cancellations

• Pricing: Final quotes are provided after an on-site assessment. Online estimates are subject to change.
• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required for premium services like Full Body PPF.
• Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.

3. Vehicle Condition & Valuables

To ensure a smooth user agreement detailing experience, clients are responsible for:

• Removing all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before turnover. Flicker Tech is not liable for lost items left inside the car.
• Disclosing any previous paintwork, repairs, or known defects (e.g., loose trims, leaking seals) prior to service.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Pre-existing damage hidden by dirt or old wax that becomes visible after deep cleaning.
• Damage resulting from the failure of aged or poor-quality aftermarket paint/clear coats during standard correction processes.
• Delays caused by “Force Majeure” (typhoons, floods, or government-mandated lockdowns).

5. Warranty & After-Sales

Warranty on ceramic coatings and PPF is valid only if the vehicle follows the prescribed maintenance schedule at authorized Flicker Tech branches. Failure to perform “Coating Boost” services may void long-term protection warranties.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of the courts of Quezon City or Bulacan.
